Cross-club partnership announcement
The Curious Club comes to Manchester for regular takeovers!
It is with great sadness that the recent news of the closure of the Curious Club, Nuneaton, has resulted in the physical building no longer suitable for use.
The owners of The Curious Club have had unresolvable issues with the landlord and through no fault of their own, have had to make the tough decision to close the premises.
Understandably, this has caused an untold amount of work behind the scenes, closing the club; however The Curious Club as a members’ club still remains.
As members of clubs such as those within our networks, are aware, a club is about the people and not the physical building.
Therefore, we are delighted to announce the Lifestyle Lounge in Manchester will now be a regular venue for The Curious Club to operate a full weekender every month.
Commencing in January 2026, The Curious Club Team, including the owners, Paula and Marcus and hosts will be hosting their own Curious Club events in Manchester. These include an industry-renowned unique, popular event.
Another popular club in Derby, The Attic have also stepped in to help with generous support to host one event in November.
This partnerships from The Attic and The Lifestyle Lounge will be to support The Curious Club and keep the members engaged whilst the owners find another suitable venue, which has the capacity and facilities for the needs of the business.
Moving forward, once a venue is sourced for The Curious Club, The Lifestyle Lounge will similarly, be hosting regular takeovers in Nuneaton and both clubs will continue building on the strength of the partnership with co-hosted events.
The Curious Club and The Lifestyle Lounge and the Attic (Derby) share the same ethos and values when it comes to providing safe spaces and unique venues, experiences and entertainment.
The partnership between all three clubs shows solidarity in the industry and enables The Curious Club to continue welcoming their members to their professionally hosted events, whilst keeping The Curious Club active and its growing status alive within the community
Please note: All members of The Curious Club are exempt from membership fees and are automatic members of The Lifestyle Lounge due to the partnership.
