What is Curious Club?

Curious Club is a private members’ space built on respect, consent, discretion, and freedom of expression. The following guidelines exist to ensure everyone feels safe, comfortable, and able to enjoy the environment.

Curious Club is a safe, inclusive space for adults interested in swing, kink, and fetish lifestyles, where members are free to explore in a zero-judgement environment.

What is it not?

Curious Club is not:

  • A lap dancing club

  • A brothel

  • A peep show

We do not provide paid entertainers. All activity within the club is between consenting adults, exercising autonomy over themselves. Our facilities exist to allow socialising, connection, and exploration in a safe and respectful setting.

First Time Visiting

Feeling nervous is completely normal — everyone was new once. Our friendly team will be happy to provide a guided tour and answer any questions you may have to help you feel at ease.

Do I Have to Take Part?

Absolutely not. You are never required to do anything you’re not comfortable with.

Members may engage in activity throughout the club, with a few exceptions:

  • No activity in the bar, reception, or hot tub

You are equally welcome to simply relax, chat, observe, and enjoy the atmosphere.

Is Curious Club for Me?

Yes. We welcome people of all genders, orientations, identities, sizes, shapes, and backgrounds, including (but not limited to): straight, bi, gay, lesbian, trans, CD/TV, exhibitionists, voyeurs, poly, swingers, fetishists, and kinksters.

Occasionally, we host events aimed at specific groups, which may operate an approved guest list. These will always be clearly advertised in advance. Inclusivity is fundamental, and we expect all members to uphold and respect this.

Guest Lists & Events

Some organised events may operate their own guest list and vet attendees independently. Depending on the event, membership may not be required for a first visit; however, membership will be required for subsequent attendance.

We also offer the venue to external party organisers and they will sell their own tickets with their own terms, these will be clearly marked and terms confirmed on an event by event basis. Any third party events will have been carefully considered by the club to ensure that they are still operated with our principles in mind.

Consent & Protection

Consent is paramount.

  • Use of protection is a personal choice between consenting individuals

  • If you are asked to use protection, you must do so

  • Removing protection without consent will result in immediate removal and revocation of membership

Protection is available for purchase at the bar, or you may bring your own.

Cleanliness & Respect

Accidents happen — and sometimes that’s part of the fun. Cleaning supplies and bins are provided throughout the venue.

Please leave any area you’ve used in the condition you would wish to find it. Showers are also available for your comfort.

We ask members not to engage in the “3 Ps” within the venue, ask a member of staff if you are unsure what this means.

Food & Drink

  • Drinks are available from our licenced bar and therefore no other alcohol will be allowed on to the premises

  • Drinks are served in standard bar measures (up to doubles)

  • If staff believe you are drinking excessively, you may be offered a soft drink

  • Staff reserve the right to refuse a customer alcohol

  • Intoxicated guests may be refused entry or asked to leave

A selection of snacks and sweets are available. Please keep all food within the bar and lounge areas only.

Payments & Practicalities

You don’t need to carry money while inside the club. All purchases are logged against your locker key, and a single payment is made when you leave and return your locker key.

  • If your spend is less than your deposit, the difference will be refunded

  • If it exceeds your deposit, the balance will be payable

We accept card payments for transactions over £5.

Smoking & Substances

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the club, reception, or toilets. Please use the designated covered smoking area outside.

Drugs are strictly prohibited. There is a zero-tolerance policy, and any breach will result in immediate removal and revocation of membership.

Solicitation or offering services for money is also prohibited and treated the same way.

Mobile Phones & Privacy

Mobile phones are not permitted anywhere inside the club. Please leave them in your secure locker.

Use of cameras or recording devices is strictly prohibited. Any breach will result in removal and revocation of membership.

Discretion & Safety

Private onsite parking is available on site and access into the club is private with no need to access public paths etc.

If you would like assistance when leaving the club, a member of staff will be happy to escort you to your vehicle.

Final Word

Please treat everyone — fellow members, staff, and the venue itself — with respect at all times.

Always ask permission before engaging in any interaction, including entering personal space or touching of any kind.
